DESCRIPTION
Jack Rackham, also known as ‘Calico Jack’, was a notorious pirate of the early 18th century. He was born around 1682 and was known for his piratical activities in the Caribbean. Rackham earned his nickname ‘Calico Jack’ because of his fondness for colourful clothing, particularly trousers made of calico, a patterned cotton fabric.
Rackham became best known for his ship, the ‘William’, which he used for his raids. His crew included notorious pirates such as Anne Bonney and Mary Red. Together with them, Rackham carried out numerous raids on merchant ships and villages in the Caribbean.
His pirate career came to an end when he was captured by a British warship under the command of Captain Jonathan Barnet. Rackham and his crew were put on trial and eventually sentenced to death. Rackham was hanged in November 1720 in Port Royal, Jamaica. His life and deeds have inspired numerous legends and portrayals in popular culture.

The binder and filler also consist of Habano leaves of various origins. Together, this creates an aromatic cigar which, thanks to its maturity, is never overpowering.
Secret Treasures – rediscovered treasures
‘Secret Treasures’ literally means ‘hidden treasures’. The cigars under the ‘Secret Treasures’ label have usually spent many years in a cigar factory’s ageing humidor. These excellent long-filler cigars were originally produced for well-known brands or private labels belonging to European or US retailers, but were never collected. Under the ‘Secret Treasures’ label, they are now, after many years, finding their way out of the ageing humidors and offer a premium smoking experience.
Runs are strictly limited and range from 500 to 5,000 cigars per variety. Each blend is unique, and once a line has sold out, it cannot be reordered.

Cooles Format, cooler Geschmack
Für mich irgendwie ein Highlight. Cooles Format, guter Geschmack wie in der Beschreibung. Auch gut, wenn man Leute auf Distanz halten will, da sie sich sonst automatisch die Nase verbrennen ;-)
Kann sie nur empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Format
Das Lancero Format habe ich lange verschmäht, völlig zu unrecht. Für diese Zigarre braucht man Zeit, die 65 Minuten sind definitiv zu kurz angesetzt. Die Aromen kommen wunderschön zur Geltung. Gerne wieder!
