DESCRIPTION
A handy, minimalist and functional double-jet pocket lighter with an integrated drill bit in the base. The lighter sits comfortably in the hand and has a decent-sized gas tank that doesn’t need refilling for quite some time. No frills, designed for reliability. A large fuel gauge allows you to check the fuel level at any time, and the large push-button is easy to operate without causing fatigue. The burner is of good quality and the piezo ignition does exactly what it’s supposed to – ignite reliably. The lighter is refillable and the flame size is adjustable.

Schick, aber unpraktisch in der Handhabung
Optisch macht das Bowroad Gunmetal echt was her – sieht wirklich edel aus. In der Praxis hat es mich jedoch nicht überzeugt. Der Auslöser ist irgendwie unhandlich und es nervt auf Dauer, dass man immer erst den Deckel manuell aufklappen muss, bevor man zünden kann.
Wer ein Feuerzeug sucht, das wirklich durchdacht ist, sollte lieber zum Silvermatch Double Jet London greifen. Der größte Vorteil: Man kann es komplett mit einer Hand bedienen. Außerdem lässt sich die Flamme direkt ohne Werkzeug einstellen, was unterwegs super praktisch ist. Ein cooles Extra ist zudem, dass man es perfekt als Zigarrenablage nutzen kann.
Mein Fazit: Design top, Funktionalität eher mittelmäßig. Das "London"-Modell ist die bessere Wahl für den Alltag.
