Trinidad Fundadores

The Trinidad Fundadores is slender and long, majestic and graceful. Its aroma is characterised by tobacco and tree bark. When lit gently, it makes its presence felt in the room, albeit subtly at first. The aroma unfolds on the palate from the very first puff, and it takes just a few puffs to experience the full range of flavours. Slightly peppery and imbued with a woody, undergrowth note from the outset, it combines nuances of nuts with a hint of honeyed sweetness. The classic division into thirds is evident here in all its splendour. The second third reaches its climax before the cigar slowly draws to a close.

Trinidad – exclusive cigars from Cuba

Trinidad is named after the enchanting town of La Santísima Trinidad (translated: The Holy Trinity), which was founded in the 16th century and is situated on the south coast of Cuba. This town is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Trinidad brand was launched in 1969 and, like Cohiba, was initially intended exclusively as a gift for foreign diplomats. It was not until 1998 that it was released for general sale, albeit only in limited quantities.

Flavour: Wood , earth, leather, chocolate and nut.
