Lampert Rum 12 Years Old 70cl

This exquisite flavour profile is achieved through a blend of rums that have been matured for 12 years in white oak casks previously used to age bourbon.
The 12-year-old LAMPERT RUM truly captures the essence of patience, passion, perseverance and triumph. Aromas of buttery, wet oak, kola nut and pistachio give way to creamy, dry vanilla, orange blossom, dried fruit and toffee, before a subtle hint of aniseed emerges.
On the palate, a balanced coconut shell opening treads the fine line between sweet and dry, whilst a cascade of cream soda, dark fruits, vanilla custard, toasted oak and coconut husk, before an aroma of dry, toasted wood with a hint of aniseed reveals itself. The palate remains well-balanced throughout the long finish.

Behind the LAMPERT RUM brand is the Austrian lawyer Dr Stefan Lampert.
Everyone knows that an exquisite rum can be a natural complement to a cigar and enhances the smoking experience.
Stefan, too, enjoys a well-paired rum with his LAMPERT cigars. However, not every rum goes well with a cigar, which is why Stefan explored various countries in his search for the perfect rum.
The choice fell on Panama, as this country is renowned for its outstanding rums. Consequently, LAMPERT LLC expanded its portfolio to include rum.
