Colour: light to dark amber
Nose: strong fruit aromas (pear, quince) through to intense whisky aromas. The typical beer aroma of Säntis blue is only very subtly recognisable in the background.
Palate: Wonderful fruity malt, charming and delicate at the same time. Slight oiliness with fine wood tones.
Finish: Fresh whisky flavours with a great, medium-long finish.
