Gin 27 set with two copper mugs

Appenzeller Alpenbitter AG recently celebrated its 111th anniversary. Together with mixologists Peter Roth, Christian Heiss and Markus Blattner, who had a say in the detailed composition, the traditional company, which is primarily known for its Alpenbitter, has developed a gin that features more classic botanicals and strikes a good balance between local plants and Asian spices. However, the exact ingredients are not revealed and can only be surmised through tasting. As befits an authentic gin, juniper and citrus fruits dominate. Herbal and spicy notes resonate in the background alongside fruity tones. Paired with the elegant appearance of the bottle, which is decorated with natural motifs, this spirit makes a successful appearance. Only the "Appenzell Mule" set with a bottle of gin 27 and two handsome copper mugs leaves an even greater impression. All you need to prepare the mule cocktail is a ginger beer of your choice, a fresh lime and a few ice cubes.
